Cancellation Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Limited Training Slots

Virtual training slots are limited due to strict instructor-to-student ratios. Seats are assigned to paid registrants in the order registration fees are received.

All Sales Are Final

  • ResusMed does not offer refunds once you purchase a class or materials.
  • Please double-check your course, date, item, quantity, time zone, start/end times and duration before making a purchase.

Rescheduling Policy

If you do not or cannot attend your originally scheduled course or if required precourse work is not completed

$35

rescheduling fee applies.

Notify the Training Center at Info@ResusMed.com before the class to reschedule.

The Training Center will move you to the next available course or issue a course credit.

Important Notes on

Course Credits

  • Credits must be used within 90 days of the missed course date.
  • Course credits can only be applied to the same type of course.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Once a credit is applied, students must attend that course as a credited course will not be refunded or credited a second time.

Class Materials

  • There are no refunds on materials (books, ebooks, guides, etc.).
  • Verify the correct material and quantity before placing your order.

Corporate Coupon Code Exemption

  • If you registered with a corporate coupon code, the rescheduling fee is waived.
  • To reschedule, notify us at Info@ResusMed.com and use your corporate coupon code to choose a new class date.

Class Cancellations by ResusMed

  • ResusMed reserves the right to cancel a class due to weather, outages, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation, a full refund or priority rescheduling to a future course will be offered.
